Delivering an invited talk on 12th November at the 36th International Papillomavirus Conference 2024 in the vibrant city of Edinburgh, UK was a pleasure.

Chumduri discussed the onset of early cervical cancer, the process of metaplasia, and the impact of coinfections, showcasing how stem cell-derived cervical organoids and omics technologies are transforming our approach to modeling these complex interactions.

The event was made even more special by the warm welcome of a traditional Scottish music performance and an inspiring speech from Keynote Speaker Prof. Heather Cubie 🙌 , a memorable blend of science and culture.

I am grateful to the organising committee for organizing such a well-structured event and providing a platform to engage with global experts. 🙌
